1. General Use

• This website is owned and operated by Cierra Noel.

• By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Bookings

• Booking: All appointments must be booked through our booking system or directly via cierranoel.com.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are transferable once, provided the reschedule is made [Insert Hours] in advance.

• Premium Scheduling (Before/After Hours): Appointments requested outside of standard business hours are subject to a $50 Premium Service Fee in addition to the service cost.

• Travel Services: Mobile/Travel services start at a base rate of $100 plus the cost of the service. Travel availability is limited and must be confirmed prior to booking. Please read travel description when booking.

• Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a late fee, longer service time, or automatic cancellation.

• No-Shows: No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

3. Service Changes & "Pivots"

• Style Finalization: Style selections are finalized once the service begins.

• Change Fee: If a client requests to switch to a different service after labor has begun (e.g., switching from one natural service  to another Install), a $75 Service Change Fee will apply, plus any price difference between the two services.

4. Products & Purchases

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

• Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of hair products and wigs, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges once the product has been handled or used.

5. Payments

• Full payment or the remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and listed digital payments.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 23 hour notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with a service, please voice your concerns before leaving the chair. Minor adjustments can be made within 48 hours at the stylist's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, photos, videos) is the property of Cierra Noel. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Results may vary based on hair type, condition, and at-home maintenance.

9. Privacy

• Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
