With a profound passion for serving others and transforming lives through her
gifted touch in beauty, Cierra envisioned her career as a hairstylist from as early as
childhood. Her journey began at the age of twelve, experimenting with her own
hair—gelled bangs, candy curls, and signature fan ponytails were just the start of
her creative expression.
Recognizing her unique talent, Cierra pursued her cosmetology education at
Sheridan Vocational Technical in Hollywood, Florida. Graduating as the top stylist
in her class in 2004, she laid the foundation for a career destined for greatness.
Armed with knowledge, skill, and determination, Cierra founded CE CE’S
PERFECTIONS Inc. opened its first beauty salon in 2014 and expanded to a
second location in 2017. As a Pro Stylist, Educator, and innovative Entrepreneur,
she continues to build an empire rooted in excellence and service.
Cierra has earned a stellar reputation as a wig designer, with her very own wig
collection, Goddess Heirwear, solidifying her status as a pioneer in the beauty
industry. Her accomplishments as a published stylist and successful salon owner
highlight her unwavering commitment to her craft and her clients.
