Known as Ce Ce 

Building an empire with the passion for servicing others and transforming their lives with her gifted touch of beauty.

She visualized becoming a hairstylist from her room that she shared with her sister as a child. She started off  exploring in her own hair at the age of twelve. Reminiscing on how she use to gel down bangs to her forehead, adding candy curls and topping it off with a fan ponytail. 

She was well on her way in the hair industry. 

After discovering her special ability for styling, she pursued her cosmetology profession at Sheridan Vocational Technical in Hollywood, Florida, graduating top stylist in her class in 2004.

With her degree and knowledge of beauty, Cierra became the proud Founder of CE CE’S PERFECTIONS Inc., 2011 thus allowing her to open her first beauty Salon  in 2014 and her second location in 2017.

 Pro Stylist, Educator, and innovative Entrepreneur, she has continued to grow and build  an empire.

Cierra now has a stellar reputation as a wig designer and owns her very own wig collection called Goddess Heirwear. She has definitely become one of the pioneers of her time in the beauty industry.

Cierra is extremely proud of her accomplishments as a published stylist and Salon owner. Her compassion and love in this career path is serving others. 

Her task is fulfilled when making clients feel and look their best. The thrill of knowing when you leave the salon, you’ll leave with confidence, grace, beauty and a new attitude truly satisfying.
